昆明运河城旅游综合体设计

简介：作为一个商业综合体，整体的盈利能力是设计的目标，对于大规模的城市开发项目，只有提高视角在城市的尺度上进行思考，才能对它做出清晰的定位。福德运河城的初步定位是一个集旅游集散、休闲体验、商业购物、办公、住宅和高档酒店为一体的巨型综合体。我们对其的策划中，运河城项目与城市枢纽，景观以及交通资源深度整合，达到与昆明市共享共生的目的，最终在经济与社会两个层面爆发出巨大的效应。带动城市周边地块发展，形成完整的昆明旅游集散枢纽综合体。

Design for Kunming Canal City Tourist Complex

Project Location: Kunming Covered area: 483,000 square meters Party A: Kunming Canal City Development Co., Ltd.Design time: December, 2011- March, 2012

Introduction: As a commercial complex, its overall profitability was the target. As to the large-scale urban development project, its clear position was based on the consideration of the whole city where it was located. The initial positioning made by Fude Canal City focused on the giant complex integrated with the travel distribution,leisure experience, commercial shopping, office, residential and luxury hotels. In our design, the project of Canal City was integrated with the urban hub, urban landscapes and transportation resources closely in order to share symbiosis with Kunming City, hoping to make the huge effect break out in the aspects of society and economy to promote the development of peri-urban land aiming at the entire complex of Kunming travel distribution hub.
